Elizabethan Classics warrants that our faucets are free from manufacturing, mechanical and finish defects.

Damage to the product that has been caused by improper installation, accident, misuse (whether performed by a contractor, service company or others) or abuse (including the use of harsh or abrasive chemicals) is not covered by this warranty. This warranty also does not cover any consequential or incidental damages attributable to a faucet defect or to the repair or exchange of a faucet, all of which are expressly excluded from this limited warranty.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

The coverage of this warranty is for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase.

At our option, Elizabethan Classics will either replace the defective part of the faucet, or replace the faucet, excluding labor and other costs incurred in installation, repair or replacement.

This warranty is valid for the original consumer/purchaser only, and excludes industrial, commercial, or business use of the product.

To obtain warranty service, please bring your proof of purchase (original sales receipt) to the store or contractor that sold or installed the faucet.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other statutory rights that vary from state to state.
