THE FOLLOWING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY INCLUDING, BUT NOT BY WAY OF LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Alico Industries Inc. (hereinafter referred to as Alico) warrants to the customer for resale only that Alico's products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. The obligation of Alico under this warranty is expressly limited to repair or replacement without charge, at the sole discretion of Alico, of defective products at Alico's factory within a period of one year from the date of shipment of products and only after Alico has issued a return Goods Authorization (RGA) to customer for the products. 

This warranty does not apply to Alico products which have been altered or repaired outside of Alico's factory or which have been subjected to neglect, abuse or accident (including shipping damages). THIS WARRANTY ALSO DOES NOT APPLY TO PRODUCTS NOT MANUFACTURED BY ALICO WHICH HAVE BEEN INSTALLED AND USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH ALICO PRODUCTS.

Alico does not manufacture any voltage regulating devices including lamps, ballasts, drivers or transformers. Alico's warranty does not apply to any other component part or accessory manufactured by another manufacturer. Any warranty regarding such components is made by the manufacturer of the components and Alico's warranty is subject to component manufacturer's warranty.
